3DMAPS®: Three-Dimensional Movement Analysis & Performance System

* A functional assessment protocol that empowers us to identify the source of dysfunction and correct it.
* Leverages movements that are authentic to everyday life by using all three planes of motion.
* Examine, evaluate, and train clients based on the knowledge that one part of the body effects another.

3D movements are integrated throughout the PT program, to both analyse and train the mobility and stability of clients. They also feature in some classes.

We adopt 3DMAPS®: Three-Dimensional Movement Analysis & Performance System

3DMAPS is a functional assessment protocol that empowers BF to identify the source of dysfunction and correct it.

3DMAPS leverages movements that are authentic to everyday life by using all three planes of motion.

Using 3DMAPS, we examine, evaluate, and train clients based on the knowledge that one part of the body effects another.

A progressive training program reflects the individual goals and functional movement needs.

The goal pathway may be one, some or all of the following:

Enhance Range of Motion, Mobility, Shape of Movements.
Enhance Control of Motion, Stability, Quality of Movements.
Enhance Individual’s Performance.
Decrease Pain.
Enhance Function.

To train your body to handle all the different movements you’ll face in your everyday life – and in your sport – in the most optimal way.

To include what your body wants and needs through the fundamental movement patterns of the squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, carry and rotations.

The periodised focus varies depending on the client needs, typically addressing endurance, strength, power and metabolic conditioning.

Regular benchmarks feature every 4-6 weeks.
