This is a high intensity interval class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of TRX & functional equipment. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and you WILL SWEAT!

TRX Fit addresses the foundations of improving your cardio, building muscular endurance, and promoting weight loss. You’ll experience four great strength rounds on TRX Suspension Trainer and RIP Trainer, each one followed by a “heart thumping" cardio challenge.
