NEW PILATES CLASS
We are super excited to add further variety to the class timetable through our resident and highly respected Coach, Josie Williams. She will be delivering a weekly Pilates class on Saturday at 11am.
Pilates is a total body programme that conditions both the body and mind. It consists of a series of conditioning, strengthening, stretching and lengthening exercises that build core strength and a lean appearance. Suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages.

NEW PAYMENT SYSTEMS
In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services and services we provide we have moved across to cashless payment methods.
Payment method: GymSync [European cards only]
Bookings: Pay as you book, no cash to be accepted at class. You can book a week ahead of each class.
Cancel: Up to 2 hours before any class, this allows others on the list to take your place. You will not receive a refund if you fail to cancel 2 hours prior to the start of the class..
