TRX® FIT
A full body metabolic conditioning workout. Using the TRX® suspension trainer and functional tools to strengthen your body.
This fun, high intensity, interval-heavy class offers all the movement enhancing benefits of TRX®. Including the foundational movements, mobility & stability, aerobic, ground-based and unilateral movements.
We cycle a 12 month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability.
Expect an AMRAP style benchmarks every 6 weeks to keep you motivated.
Be ready to boost your fitness levels and increase your movement abilities.

BURN
Be prepared to build your engine and work capacity in this cardio-based class.
This is the method to get you fit, fast. A competitive, high intensity circuit with 3 targeted blocks, for a full spectrum workout.
First, cardio on a Bike/Ski/Rower/Runner machine; Second, strength with kettlebells and dumbbells; Finally, athletic power and speed with bodyweight exercises.
We cycle a 12 month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability.
Expect benchmarks every 6 weeks to keep you motivated.
Torching calories and improving muscle to fat ratio. This class will motivate and encourage you to achieve beyond what you would expect of yourself.

BUILD
The ultimate functional fitness class! Our BUILD class is no ordinary circuits class.
Using a mixture of muscle building and metabolic rate boosting strength exercises and calorie torching conditioning bouts.
We cycle a 12 month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability.
Expect partner based benchmarks every 6 weeks to keep you motivated.
You’ll work in pairs to carry each other through some of the most effective, rewarding total body workouts.

Payment Terms
All classes must be paid for in advance via our online booking system.

Expiry & Payment Dates
All class purchases start on the date of purchase and are valid for 3 months.
Session Attendance Terms
- Bookings open 2 hours post-class for the following week, i.e., 1 week before the start time of the class.
- We encourage you to arrive at your class 5 minutes before.
- When a class is full, you will be able to book onto a waiting list.
- Spaces in class will be given out to waiting list members in order of place on the list.
- If you change your mind, cancellation is available up until 2 hours before the start of the class. Late cancellation will be classified as a no-show.
- If a place becomes available, you will be sent an email or push message on your phone, to say you have been moved into the class but can cancel if you choose.
- If you move from the waiting list into a class, you will not generate a no-show or late cancellation.
- We ask that all members wipe down their equipment in class before and after use, in-line with our updated cleaning protocols.
