BODY FLOW

60 minutes.

Bodyweight strength, mobility & decompression.

This helps decrease risk of injury while increasing ROM (Range Of Motion) which directly correlates to gains in your training and quality of life.

Your body will thank you in the long run!

SWEAT X

An effective way to define and sculpt your body. 20-25 mins interval training on a Bike | Rower | Ski Erg combined with 20-25 mins of core work using TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells to give the maximum fat burn.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Beginner, intermediate and advanced are all welcome here. Set your equipment to the right level with the help of your trainer and dig deep to reach your new personal best.

BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE

High intensity means torching calories, and improving muscle to fat ratio. This class will motivate and encourage you to achieve beyond what you would expect of yourself.

We cycle a three month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability.

TRX® HIIT

This 60 minutes class is designed to push you to the next level. Purely utilising the TRX® Suspension & TRX® RIP Trainer. 

This fun, high intensity, interval-heavy class offers all the movement enhancing benefits of TRX®.

Whatever pace you choose for the classes, you’ll feel RIPPED!

We cycle a three month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability. 

TRX® MET CON

This 60 minute class is a metabolic conditioning workout. The workout is a fusion of high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment.

We utilise TRX® Suspension, RIP Trainer, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, power bags, bands, and battle ropes.

Be prepared to dig deep and push hard.

We cycle a three month protocol for all classes to build that engine & stimulate body and mind through constant variability.
