TRX

Functional training for all-round fun & fitness. Utilising the TRX Suspension Trainer & TRX RIP trainer.

TRX exercises map to the way you move in everyday life.

The TRX equipment requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total-body workout every time you train.

Mobility & Flexibility:

Allows you to unload and leverage your bodyweight so you can safely and effectively get more out of your flexibility and mobility training.

Build Lean Muscle:

You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

PRIMAL

Primal movements are a more natural way to work your muscles. It combines high- interval training with exercises based on seven primal movements of pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, lunging and on our gait (walking, jogging, sprinting). Nail these moves and you can expect improvements in mobility, strength, endurance and shape.

ANKORR

Ankorr is a world class “animate load harness”. It’s unique design allows the “anchor points” to move through 180 degrees of sagittal planes & 360 degrees of transverse planes. This means you can move forward under load, spin 180 degrees through your sagittal planes then move in reverse — while staying under constant load.

Ankorr was developed to increase strength through full range, endurance, mobility, anaerobic threshold, cardio vascular health & most of all — character.
