Nutrition Program


Depending on your goals you can select from the Sport/Health/Sustain Nutrition Program, from which we gradually create, implement and fine-tune a personalised nutritional program for your training and performance.

The basis of the BF Nutrition programs is to identify your metabolic profile and to build a personalised program, tailored for you. I believe in enhancing athletic performance, fitness levels, competitive capacity and body composition by giving the body the correct foods and nutrients it requires. Everyone has a different biochemistry, genetic makeup and nutrient needs, so what works for you, may not work for someone else.

Through gradual education, implementation and fine-tuning of your personalised nutritional program for:

> Endurance or power and strength

> Weight control (maintenance, fat loss, or muscle gain)

> Fueling muscles for enhanced athletic performance

> Building and repairing muscles


As a Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor, I utilise science-based tools available to my clients through the Clinic Toolkit™ to pinpoint the unique needs of each individual and provide personalised nutrition program.


When I take on a client for an 8-week Sport/Health Nutrition program, it requires commitment from the client in order to experience positive improvements. You will get my personal support throughout the duration of the 8 weeks to ensure we implement the strategies and follow up on your fitness goals.
